Visionary Residential Designs, LLC has been commissioned by Lombardi Development Co. to design their 6th custom house design in Woodlake at Bonita Bay Country Club, Bonita Springs, Florida.

Lombardi Development Co., a West Virginia State General Contractor, will be demolishing the existing house at 3862 Woodlake Dr. and building a new custom house. Visionary Residential Designs, LLC designed recently the neighbor's house at 3866 Woodlake Dr. which is currently been built. Unlike the next door pie-shaped lot that is narrow at the front and wider at rear, this new corner-coldesac lot is wide at the front and narrower at the rear. The principal designer at Visionary Residential Designs, LLC Gabriel Orengo, AIBD, CPBD*, said: "In order to push the house as close to the rear to take advantage of the water views, we opted to go one-and-half stories which helped by keeping the width of the house not as wide at the rear. Also, so that the pool didn't take up more of the width at the rear, we turned the pool length front-to-back instead of left-to-right and placed it between the master suite wing and the outdoor living room wing in-line with the entry door."

At the front where the lot is wider, Visionary Residential Designs, LLC wanted the house to feel larger than what it is, therefore the garages were spread apart as much as possible and both angled at 45 degrees to follow the front curving building setbacks and for each garage window to face the front curving street...1-car garage on the right and 2-car garage on the left both with the same architectural detailing balancing both sides of the house.

In the interior 4,025 Sq. Ft. of this home, the house has a great room, open floor concept with the master suite and one guest suite downstairs and two guest suites upstairs. The study is located on the owner's wing facing the front of the house. The outdoor living and veranda with its fireplace and outdoor kitchen connects the master suite, the great room and the guest suite at the rear. The kitchen has plenty of storage and a butler's pantry with easy access to the rear outdoor kitchen for outdoor grilling. Upstairs there's a balcony facing the rear water views and the pool deck below.
