Once we know your wish-list and understand better the scope of work for your project, we can then give you a per-square foot price.
How do you Price your Construction Drawings for a Remodel or an Addition?
For remodels or additions, we base our pricing on an hourly basis until we have an approved conceptual design. As soon as we have a conceptual drawing approved, then we can proceed to provide you with a price to complete Construction Drawings.
